Pastor John W. Edmondson Jr. was born in Cherry Hill, New Jersey and raised in Willingboro, New Jersey.  After graduating from John F. Kennedy High School, he completed undergraduate studies at Trenton State College receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1991.   He has also successfully completed Pastoral studies with Biblical Certifications from the Christian Research and Development Institute in Philadelphia, Pa and the National Association of Christian Counselors in Lafayette, IN.

Pastor John served as a Youth Pastor in 1993 and was ordained as an Assistant Pastor in 1995.  After eight years of faithful service at his previous church, Pastors John and his wife Isha, were commissioned in 2000, to began the Church they now oversee and Pastor together, Victory In Christ Christian Center.

Victory in Christ Christian Center was birthed out of a burden to show God’s people not only how to make Jesus Christ their Savior, but how to make Him Lord over every area of their lives. Victory is a thriving multi-cultural church with a 21^st century vision of reaching the lost, maturing believers and raising up Godly leaders to be equipped for their purpose and calling.

Pastor John has helped start various profit and non profit organizations, and sits on the board for the New Jersey & Philadelphia Christian Chamber of Commerce and various other boards in the Delaware Valley. Pastors John and Isha are often sought after for pre- and post-marital counseling, leadership seminars and conferences and have been blessed with three beautiful children, Joshua, Christian and Jordan Edmondson.
